Refund Policy for Linkable Pro Accounts

If you purchased your Linkable Pro account here at https://linkable.icu, have tried it out, and feel Linkable Pro isn’t for you,

you can request a refund of your purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to assist you with a refund.

Please remember that your Linkable Pro account is a one time purchase and is fully hosted without any subscription fees, with up to 10 pages each for up to 25 profiles/brands.

Our refund and returns policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, then your refund period has expired and we can’t offer you a refund.

To complete your refund request, within 30 days, please contact us with your original receipt and payment method as well as your account name and email as proof of purchase.

Refund Conditions

If we are requested to issue a refund of a Linkable Pro one time fee, paid to us, with correct documentation of purchase, within 30 days of purchase, and it is approved, PLEASE NOTE that we will, on refund, fully delete your Linkable Pro account from the platform.

This fully deletes any and all sites that you created in the account for yourself or your clients and any and all access to your refunded Linkable Pro account.

Once your refund request is received/processed, and we have fully removed your account from the platform, even we cannot recover anything from your account.

We will send you an email to notify you when we have issued an approved refund request.

A credit of your original purchase price, will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only refund the price you purchased at. In case of a sales purchase, we will refund the sales price you paid.
